Meet Maestro. One text away.

The first of your team. He plans, watches & reports back to you.

Let's talk about everything you do that nobody sees.

You're not just the artist or the manager: you're the strategist deciding what to push, the media buyer setting up the ads, the analyst squinting at numbers at midnight trying to figure out if any of it worked, and the one who remembers that the Tuesday release did better than the Friday one even though nobody wrote it down.

You already know where we're headed. Symphony is a team of agents now, one for every role a label runs on, and you bring them on one at a time.

The first one you meet is Maestro, your chief of staff.

Here's the thing to understand about him: Maestro is one line into your entire music business. You text him, you email him, you ping him in the app or in Slack, and it's the same person every time who already knows your previous conversations and everything you’ve built.

Maestro owns the big picture. He figures out what you actually need, pulls the context, makes the call on the approach, and either does the work himself or hands a clean brief to the specialist who should. You never have to manage the team. He does.

Here's what's actually happening when you loop Maestro in:

  • CAPABILITY: Strategy & Next Moves

  • CAPABILITY: The Artist Pulse

  • CAPABILITY: Reporting That Matters

  • CAPABILITY: Projects & Ops

  • CAPABILITY: Signals & Live Alerts

  • CAPABILITY: Team Coordination

CAPABILITY: Strategy & Diagnosis

Reading the numbers was never the hard part. The hard part is that there are forty of them across six platforms. Turning all of it into the one move that matters this week before the window closes is a full-time job on top of the one you already have.

That's where Maestro starts.

You bring him a moment, say a single that dropped last Friday, and he pulls your live numbers across streams, posts, ads, and fans, then tells you the thing you actually wanted to know: what's working, what's stuck, and what to do next.

He'll check your first-week streams against your own catalog baseline, notice your Instagram is outrunning your Spotify, and come back with a call, whether that's putting money behind it, texting your fans, or making more content. Not a chart to interpret. A next move that can be actioned directly via text.

CAPABILITY: The Artist Pulse

Maestro runs what we call an Artist Pulse, a live read on your brands public footprint that turns into a clear gap and a couple of moves, not a data dump.

He'll show you when your TikTok crossed a follower milestone and what your average views look like, which of your posts actually hit and why, and the real language your fans are using in the comments on a specific video, their actual phrases, not a guess.

He tracks whether a sound is spreading and how fast, and which artists sit adjacent to you in the same lane.

Text him "what are fans saying on this one," or "is this sound moving," and he reads it back with the gap and two or three things to do about it.

CAPABILITY: Reporting That Matters

The numbers live in six places, and pulling them into something you can act on is its own job.

Maestro pulls it all live:

  • Streams and playlist adds for a song or your whole catalog

  • Fanbase growth across Spotify, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Ad performance down to spend and what's actually winning

  • Pre-save and site clicks and saves

  • Your text and email list size and segments

Then he hands you the two to four numbers that matter, what they mean, and one next move.

Text him "how's the single doing," or "what did we spend this week," or "compare this drop to my last one," and that's what comes back.

CAPABILITY: Projects & Ops

This is the layer that keeps things from falling through the cracks. Maestro keeps a project hub for every effort, so your pre-save, ads, site, budget, to-dos, and links all live in one record the whole team works off of. He keeps your calendar, your release dates and announce days and pitch deadlines, and syncs it to Google Calendar once you connect it.

He also keeps memory, the durable facts about how you work, like "never run ads over $50 a day," so you only say it once and it sticks. He'll do research outside Symphony, pulling press, venues, curators, and contacts with the sources attached. And when you connect your Gmail, he'll draft, send, and search inside your own inbox, so "reply to that promoter" or "find the email from that curator" is just a text.

CAPABILITY: Signals & Live Alerts

Maestro gets your accounts linked with a one-tap link he texts you, no settings scavenger hunt and no pasting tokens or passwords, ever. That's Meta and TikTok for ads, and your own Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slack, and the rest.

Then he watches the outside world so you don't have to refresh apps all day

  • New posts from you

  • Shifts in your Spotify followers

  • Playlist adding or dropping your track

  • Sound climbing

  • Venue or chart page changing

Turn on the weekly report and it just shows up. And when your new single lands on a big playlist, he texts you that same day, while the add is still fresh enough to put money behind it.

Never miss another beat

CAPABILITY: Team Coordination

Here's what makes Maestro more than a smart assistant: he's the same person on SMS, email, the app, and Slack, so you never re-explain yourself. You start something over text, pick it up in the app, and he already has the thread.

And when a job isn't his to do, he doesn't hand it back to you, he hands it to the specialist. Building the actual ads is Simmy. Shipping your site and pre-save is Cue. Blasting the fan list is Echo. Royalties and contracts are Maude. Maestro briefs them with the full context so they never make you start over, they execute, and it all comes back to you through him (Intro’s on the other agents soon).

You text one person. He makes the machine move.

Maestro the orchestrator

Maestro diagnoses. Maestro reads the room. Maestro reports, runs your ops, watches the signals, and briefs the team when it's bigger than him. One line into your entire music business, and one person you never have to manage.

You've been running the whole machine. You don't have to do it alone anymore.
